Daniela Kallayova

Senior Officer, Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic

Dr Daniela Kallayova is professionally qualified in public health and public health research with focus on epidemiology, health promotion, and qualitative research.  Currently she works at Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic as senior officer responsible for health promotion and disease prevention with focus on non-communicable diseases (NCDs). She is a member of Steering Group on Health Promotion, Disease Prevention and Management of Non-Communicable Diseases within the European Commission. Her previous professional experiences include a position of a Vice Dean for International Affairs (2008-2011) and Head of the Public Health Department (2010-2011) within the Faculty of Health Care and Social Work, Trnava University, Slovakia.
